Smart Homes
Sentinel exemplifies what it means to be ahead-of-the-curve introducing Westchester County’s First affordable SMART homes.
These homes were built during Sentinel’s Union Lane Restoration project, blending local talent of the community, and innovative modern SMART home technologies.
Sentinel’s dedication to affordability for residents, produced SMART homes at approximately $400K each, being the first SMART homes of its capabilities to be established in Westchester County at this price point.
These affordable SMART homes feature cutting-edge modular/pre-cut construction, as well as the introduction of advanced network communications and multi-level redundant back-up systems.
Examples of these back-up systems include; if phone lines were compromised, satellite communications roll over into primary lines; and if those two fail, wireless technology will maintain voice connections.
Canterbury Commons
Sentinel's Canterbury Commons is a 20-Unit senior Living Complex in Mount Vernon, NY approximating 30,000 sq. feet.
This establishment provides seniors with a clean, safe and comfortable environment while allowing them to remain independent.
Currently the only senior facility that has incorporated ‘non-institutionalized’ living standards for our residents.
Canterbury Commons is also centrally located to public transportation parks, and supermarkets.
Franklin Crest Condominiums
Sentinel acted as the developer and general contractor for Franklin Crest Condominiums; using joint financing partnerships with Westchester County HOME funds and private equities.
These homes are purposefully placed among mid-luxury market rate houses, following through on Sentinel's promise of adding to the diversity and growth of the community.
Sentinel’s Franklin Crest development, was the esteemed Grace Baptist Church's very first project of it's Non-for Profit organization, Ujamaa. This is an example of Sentinel’s mission of inclusion and prosperity for the community.
